” Doctor, can Covid-19 vaccine affect my fertility?” .
A popular question that many of my patients ask me on a daily basis.
Recent research findings had managed to answer this question. Researchers found that there is no difference in pregnancy rate (via an IVF) if the women has Covid-19 antibody either from previous infection or via vaccination.
This means that antibody from Covid-19 infection or antibody that you obtain from vaccination does not prevent you from getting pregnant.
However, in this research, participants received either Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
